Frank Lampard not only managed to beat Bobby Tambling’s record of 202 goals, but he also put Chelsea on the way to a 2-1 win over Aston Villa. Christian Benteke scored for Villa in the first half, while two goals from Lampard in the second half was enough to seal the three points and a Champions League spot for Chelsea.
Ramires and Christian Benteke both received two yellow cards and was sent off.
