Chelsea welcome Leicester City to Stamford Bridge in the FA Cup quarter-final on Sunday afternoon. The Blues are in good shape of late and will fancy their chances of getting a result with home advantage. Chelsea have a great record in the FA Cup, reaching five finals in the last eight seasons.

Leicester won the competition in 2021, ironically beating Chelsea, but had early exists in the last two seasons. Leicester were having a fantastic season in the Championship but have spiralled in recent weeks.
Chelsea in good form
Chelsea are struggling domestically, sitting in the bottom-half of the Premier League table, but they’re in form. Mauricio Pochettino’s men have four wins and two draws from their last seven games in all competitions.
At home, Chelsea are coming off the back of consecutive wins, so it will be three-in-a-row if they beat Leicester. The Blues have a great head-to-head record with City, boasting four wins and a draw from their last five meetings, so that should give them confidence.

Leicester struggling for consistency
Leicester are third in the Championship and two points off top, but their form has fallen apart. The Foxes have lost three and drawn one of their last six games in all competitions, so they’re vulnerable.
City are coming off the back of a 2-2 draw with Hull City, twice going behind, so Chelsea may smell blood. Leicester will know only two sides have won at the Bridge since October, so they have a big test.
