Chelsea’s impressive November form has earned double recognition, with Enzo Maresca nominated for Premier League Manager of the Month and Reece James shortlisted for Player of the Month.
Maresca guided the Blues through an outstanding month, collecting three wins and a draw. Chelsea produced dominant, disciplined performances in victories over Tottenham Hotspur, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burnley — all achieved without conceding a single goal. The month ended with a hard-fought draw against league leaders Arsenal, secured despite playing more than half the match with ten men.
Our return of ten points was the highest in the league across November, while the single goal conceded was the best defensive record in the division.
Reece James’ superb consistency has also caught the Premier League’s attention. The Chelsea captain delivered standout displays in multiple roles, shining in central midfield against Spurs and Arsenal — particularly in the Emirates clash, where he controlled the game even with the Blues at a numerical disadvantage.
James was equally influential at right-back in the wins over Wolves and Burnley, helping Chelsea register three clean sheets in four matches. His nomination is a testament to both his versatility and his leadership throughout a pivotal month.
